If you are unhappy with your purchase for ANY reason, we want to know about it!
We offer a 14 day return policy. Your item must be unworn, in it's original condition, and returned in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.

*Rings that have been sized are not eligible for returns*

REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will contact you with an approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within five business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES
Life's too short to be stuck with jewelry you don't enjoy wearing. If you aren't in love with your gifted item, let's find something you do love! Please contact us at 805.321.8800 before sending your exchange or return. You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returned items. When shipping high value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service like FedEx/UPS/USPS with signature confirmation, and purchasing shipping insurance. Registered Mail via USPS, is a very secure option.
